Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο ίδιο επίπεδο με την πισίνα από όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα, την μοναδική θέα προς την θάλασσα, το φωτισμένο λιμάνι της Παροικιάς και το νησί της Αντιπάρου.

Η κρεβατοκάμαρα διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, χτιστό καναπέ και μπάνιο. Το σαλόνι διαθέτει ένα γωνιακό καναπέ, μια τραπεζαρία και ένα χτιστό καναπέ-κρεβάτι. Στον ίδιο χώρο βρίσκεται η κουζίνα και το δεύτερο μπάνιο.

Όροι

  • Άφιξη και Αναχώρηση.

    Η άφιξη γίνεται μετά τις 14:00. Η αναχώρηση είναι στις 10:00. Οι ώρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης μπορούν να τροποποιηθούν μετά τη σύμφωνη γνώμη του ιδιοκτήτη και εφόσον δεν υπάρχει άλλη άφιξη ή αναχώρηση την ίδια ημέρα.

  • Πληρωμές

    Με την κράτηση είναι απαραίτητη μια προκαταβολή ίση με το 25% του συνολικού ποσού. Το υπόλοιπο 75 % του συνόλου πληρώνεται 2 εβδομάδες πριν την άφιξη. Οι πληρωμές γίνονται με τραπεζική κατάθεση, Paypal και πιστωτική κάρτα. Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης δεν υπάρχει επιστροφή χρημάτων. Σε περίπτωση που εφαρμoστούν περιοριστικά μέτρα λόγω COVID19 η πολιτική ακυρώσεως θα τροποποιηθεί σύμφωνα με τις αντίστοιχες κυβερνητικές οδηγίες ή κατευθύνσεις.

  • Κάπνισμα

    Δεν επιτρέπεται το κάπνισμα στους εσωτερικούς χώρους.

  • Κατοικίδια

    Δεν επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια.

  • Παιδιά

    Το συγκρότημα δεν είναι κατάλληλο για βρέφη (0-2 ετών). Τα παιδιά επιτρέπονται.

  • Πισίνα

    Η πισίνα λειτουργεί στο διάστημα 08:00-15:00 και 17:00-22:00.

Amazing!

Tonia and Vangelis were amazing hosts! They picked us up from the airport, gave us the absolute BEST lay of the land and had great recommendations. They are the warmest, kindest and most hospitable people. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations, the location was amazing and the view was epic. Soggiorno estivo a Paros

In luglio '16 siamo stati a Paros in vacanza. Nella scelta dell'appartamento un gruppo di amici ed io siamo stati fortunatissimi! In effetti siamo finiti al resort di Vangelis e Tonia. Gli Il resort è semplicemente stupendo, ben organizzato, pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio e in una posizione con vista mozzafiato per godere l'orizzonte con i tramonti serali. I due proprietari, Vangelis e Tonia, sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta in quanto ci hanno aiutato in ogni cosa, dato ottimi consigli per il soggiorno sull'isola e soprattutto ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Solitamente andando in vacanza una volta arrivati al resort ci si accorge che le foto viste su internet erano sì veritiere ma non esattamente lo specchio della realtà. Beh in questo caso è l'esatto contrario, su internet il resort è bello e a prezzi più che accessibili...una volta sul posto è spettacolare! Lovely property-lovely owners

What can I say about this property ? I can't praise it enough . Both property and owners . The place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen fully equipped . The view from the terrace is extraordinary and the pool always warm( extremely clean as well) . Both Vagelis and Tonia are doing a great job maintanance wise and nothing is too much for them . They can arrange bookings in restaurants and give you great recommendations on how to spend your day on this beautiful island .
