What is the payment process?
A prepayment of the 25% of the total due is requested upon reservation. The remaining 75% of the total due is payed 2 weeks before the arrival. Payments are made with bank transfer, Paypal and credit card.
What is the cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation the payments already done by the time of the cancellation are not refunded.
How can I come to your place?
The property is located at Krotiri, Parikia Paros. A car or scooter is necessary. There are no bus stations in the area. Walking from and to the city is possible (35 minutes) but not recommended because of the heat.
How can I find the place?
We always welcome our guests at the port or the airport and escort them to the property. You can find the exact location of the house at the ‘Location” tab as well as many other access information.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Outside the property, you should use the appropriate ashtrays.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are NOT allowed.
When can we use the swimming pool?
The swimming pool is accessible from 08:00-15:00 and from17:00-22:00..
Are we free to use the tennis court anytime we like?
The tennis court is available during the day, besides the “siesta time” between 15:00-17:00. A schedule for all the guests is issued by the owner so they can all find a time to access the court.
Can I invite other people to the property?
People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property and cannot use the facilities of the property (swimming pool, tennis etc).
Can we use the fireplace?
The fireplace cannot be used. It is a decorating element and not for use.
Is a security (damage) deposit necessary?
A security deposit is not necessary. Of course, any damage to the property will be charged to the Guests
Is insurance included?
An insurance is not included for the Guests. We strongly advise you make a travel insurance for your stay.
What is the philosophy of vacation rentals?
The vacation rentals are based on the philosophy of renting your own home to a guest without your presence at the property. .
Are there services provided on a vacation rental similar to a hotel?
Services like breakfast, reception etc are not provided.
