Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein schöner Wohnraum, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, der Essbereich sowie ein Badezimmer. Vom Wohnbereich treten Sie direkt auf Ihre Terrasse, von der aus Sie den Blick auf das Meer und den Pool- Bereich genießen können. Es gibt auch einen gesonderten Chill-out-Bereich hinter dem Haus, wo Sie entspannt ein Glas Wein genießen können.

Eine Holztreppe führt Sie ins Obergeschoss, wo sich das Schlafzimmer befindet und ein Doppelbett steht. Beim Öffnen des Fensters erwartet Sie ein strahlend blauer Morgenhimmel mit Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich im unteren Geschoss und bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, ein einzelnes Hochbett sowie das zweite Badezimmer mit runder Badewanne für entspannende Momente.

    Check- in Zeit ist um 14:00 Uhr und Check- out Zeit ist um 10:00 Uhr. Abweichende Check-in und Check-out Zeiten können nach Absprache und nur wenn keinerlei weitere zeitgleiche Ankünfte oder Abreisen bestehen, vereinbart werden.

  • Bezahlung

    Eine Anzahlung von 25 % der Endsumme ist erforderlich. Die restlichen 75 % der Endsumme sind 14 Tage vor Anreise zu entrichten. Die Bezahlung kann per Banküberweisung, Paypal oder reditkarte vorgenommen werden. Im Falle einer Stornierung wird der bis dato geleistete Betrag nicht zurückerstattet. Im Falle von Beschränkungen aufgrund von COVID19 wird die Rückerstattungspolitik gemäß den Richtlinien der Regierung geändert.

  • Rauchen

    Das Rauchen ist innerhalb der Wohnbereiche nicht gestattet.

  • Haustiere

    Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

  • Kinder

    Kinder sind stets willkommen, allerdings ist das Gelände nicht für Kinder unter 2 Jahren geeignet.

  • Swimming Pool

    Der Schwimmbereich ist zwischen 08:00 – 15:00 sowie zwischen 17:00 – 22:00 nutzbar.

Perfect place to stay in Paros

We loved our stay at this home! There was four of us- one couple and two friends and the space was perfect. Amazing sitting areas both indoors and out, roomy spaces and beautiful views. The pool was perfectly presented with lots of lounge chairs and activities. Tonia and Vangelis went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome (picking us all up separately from the port and airport, making us breakfast, bringing us wine and giving us all the local tips). I would definitely return and encourage everyone to stay here if they’re in town! May, 2018- Katie H.

Perfect Holiday

We visited Aperado in June 2016. The photographs available online give a decent impression of the property but until you arrive you do not experience how stunning the location is. The view is beautiful, lovely swimming pool and the accommodation finished to a high standard. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, had all the mod cons including a BBQ! Tonia and Vangelis were excellent hosts, from meeting us at the port, helping with restaurant reservations and sampling some of Tonia's home cooking! The perfect property for a relaxing holiday! Relaxing Sea View Villa

The pictures of the villa are lovely and even they don't do it justice. The rooms were much more spacious than they appeared and you don't see all the wonderful decorating touches that make it feel so inviting. Vangelis and Tonya made our stay very enjoyable with their help recommending places to visit and things to do based on our interests. The cooking lessons and shopping were an extra special benefit and we enjoyed spending time with you and your family. Should we be back in Greece we would definitely look at staying here again.
