Entrando nella casa al piano terra c’è un bellissimo soggiorno, una cucina completamente attrezzata, la zona pranzo e il primo bagno. Si può godere la vista sul mare e la piscina dal balcone fuori dello spazio abitativo. C’è un appartato zona chill out sul retro della casa per gustare un bicchiere di vino tranquillo.

Una scala in legno porta alla camera da letto principale elegante con un letto matrimoniale. L’azzurro del cielo e il mare vi aspetta quando si apre la finestra al mattino. L’altra camera da letto è al piano inferiore e ha un letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo elevata e un ampio bagno con vasca rotonda per momenti di relax.

    L'arrivo è dopo le 14:00. La partenza è alle ore 10:00. Arrivo e partenza possono essere modificati con il consenso del proprietario e, se non vi è alcuna data di arrivo o di partenza nello stesso giorno.

  • Pagamenti

    Un deposito del 25% del costo totale del noleggio è dovuto al momento della prenotazione. Pagamento integrale del restante 75% del canone di affitto deve essere fatto 3 settimane prima della data di check-in. I pagamenti vengono effettuati tramite bonifico bancario, Paypal e carta di credito. In caso di cancellazione vi è rimborso. In caso di restrizioni dovute al COVID19 la politica di rimborso verrà modificata secondo le linee guida governative.

Perfect place to stay in Paros

We loved our stay at this home! There was four of us- one couple and two friends and the space was perfect. Amazing sitting areas both indoors and out, roomy spaces and beautiful views. The pool was perfectly presented with lots of lounge chairs and activities. Tonia and Vangelis went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome (picking us all up separately from the port and airport, making us breakfast, bringing us wine and giving us all the local tips). I would definitely return and encourage everyone to stay here if they’re in town! Date of Stay May, 2018- Katie H.

Perfect Holiday

We visited Aperado in June 2016. The photographs available online give a decent impression of the property but until you arrive you do not experience how stunning the location is. The view is beautiful, lovely swimming pool and the accommodation finished to a high standard. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, had all the mod cons including a BBQ! Tonia and Vangelis were excellent hosts, from meeting us at the port, helping with restaurant reservations and sampling some of Tonia's home cooking! The perfect property for a relaxing holiday! Relaxing Sea View Villa

The pictures of the villa are lovely and even they don't do it justice. The rooms were much more spacious than they appeared and you don't see all the wonderful decorating touches that make it feel so inviting. Vangelis and Tonya made our stay very enjoyable with their help recommending places to visit and things to do based on our interests. The cooking lessons and shopping were an extra special benefit and we enjoyed spending time with you and your family. Should we be back in Greece we would definitely look at staying here again.
