The studio is located in the same level with the resort’s swimming pool where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean and sunset view as well as the port of Paros and the island of Antiparos. The studio has one double king size bed, a chill out area an office, a sofa, a dinning table and a sofa bed and is connected to the kitchen. There is also a two space bathroom with a triangle bathtub.

Policies

  • Check-in and check-out.

    Check-in time is at 14:00. Check-out time is at 10:00. Earlier check-in and later check-out can be done upon request if there is no departure or arrival at the same date.

  • Payment

    A prepayment of the 25% of the total due is requested upon reservation. The remaining 75% of the total due is payed 2 weeks before the arrival. Payments are made with bank transfer, Paypal and credit card. In case of cancellation the payments already done by the time of the cancellation are not refunded. In case of restrictions due to COVID19 the refund policy will be modified according to the government guidelines.

    Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

  • Pets

    No pets allowed.

  • Children

    Children are welcome. The property is not suitable for babies (0-2 years old).

  • Swimming Pool

    The swimming pool is accessible from 08:00-15:00 and from 17:00-22:00.

Breathtakingly beautiful!

Tonia & Vangelis' place was breathtakingly beautiful - every single aspect of it. The rooms were immaculately clean. Their hospitality and readiness to assist went beyond what is to be expected. Soggiorno estivo a Paros

I have spent three great days in Vangelis and Tonia's appartments with two friends and it was absolutely wonderful! The appartments, the atmosphere, the amenities of the house, the decoration..everything is very well taken care of and the hosts are super friendly and ready to help you anytime and give you good recommendations.
